My buddy, Nate, was cool enough to do the first show with me. He had recently got back from The All-American Rejects' Gives You Hell Tour that the local band, The City Lives, supported. There's a lot of good stories about crossing the Canadian border, as well as a special cover The All-American Rejects did for a couple of their shows.
There were a lot of kinks to get out with it being the first show. For some reason I would either say 710AM or 17AM instead of 1710AM. But nonetheless it was a great kickoff to everything.
